Knitting & Crochet Supplies

  • All yarns, threads, needles, hooks, and crafting accessories are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable.

  • If the package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, do not accept the shipment. Instead, return it to the delivery person and send images of the package via WhatsApp at +1 09179476461.

In rare cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items, notify us within 7 days of receipt, providing a complete unpacking video (from opening the package to identifying the issue). We will investigate within 5 working days and issue a refund if applicable.

⚠️ A complete unpacking video is required for claims. We cannot process complaints without it.

Handmade Knitted & Crocheted Products

  • Handmade items can be returned for a refund within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service and retaining proof of shipment.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Used or damaged items (not due to our error)

  • Returns initiated beyond 7 days from delivery

For damaged/wrong handmade products, follow the same unpacking video procedure as mentioned above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection via email. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2–4 business days.

No Refunds for Returned-to-Origin (RTO) Orders due to:

  1. Incorrect shipping address or phone number

  2. Recipient unavailable or unresponsive

  3. Order refused upon delivery

  4. OTP-verified cancellations

If an order is returned due to the above reasons, reshipping will require payment of two-way shipping costs.
